Calling All Morning Enthusiasts! As a Breakfast Host (m|f|d) at Hotel Unterschwarzachhof, you are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring each day begins with a smile. With your keen attention, warm hospitality, and expert knowledge of our breakfast buffet and coffee specialties, you guarantee a delightful start to the day. You are responsible for setting up the buffet and taking orders for egg dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team for preparation, and serving coffee and tea with a smile.

Your tasks

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring that all foods and beverages are attractively presented.
• Take orders for egg dishes while coordinating with the kitchen team for their preparation.
• Receive and serve guest requests for coffee and tea professionally at the table.
• Advise guests about the menu, allergens, and ingredients to ensure a smooth and pleasant breakfast experience.
• Deliver friendly service by clearing tables, refilling items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adhere to the established hygiene and quality standards, especially regarding HACCP guidelines.

What you bring with you

• A completed training in gastronomy or initial work experience in breakfast service, restaurant operations, or related fields.
• A warm, guest-oriented attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast offerings, including beverages and food items.
• An organized work style and excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Resilience and flexibility, especially during the early morning hours.
• Good command of German; English skills are an advantage.
