It pays to book early, because with the favourable special rates for our rooms and suites you benefit across the board - and those who book first have the best choice!

• all rooms and suites with one bedroom | € 180.00 per person and day
• all suites with two bedrooms | € 230.00 per person and day
• Special children's rates:
  Children up to 3 years stay free of charge
  Children 4 - 6 years EUR 38,- per night
  Children 7 - 11 years EUR 45,- per night
  Children 12 - 14 years EUR 60,- per night

All prices per person and day including all Unterschwarzachhof services:

• Dreamlike living in the booked category
• Unterschwarzach luxury board with culinary highlights
• All inclusive for our little guests (excluding drinks after 5:00 p.m.)
  I.e. full board for all children up to 14 years of age (including lunch and much more)
• 1,500 m² Alpen SPA with new relaxation areas, indoor and outdoor pools, wellness

• Daily professional child care in the children's club for children
